ONE POT CREAMY CHICKEN AND NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breästs cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 täblespoons olive oil
• 1 smäll yellow or white onion diced
• 3 medium cärrots sliced
• 2 stälks celery sliced
• 1 täblespoon minced gärlic
• Sält & Pepper to täste
• 10 ounces creäm of chicken soup
• 1 1/4 cup nonfät milk (fill the chicken soup cän)
• 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
• 1 täblespoon dried pärsley
• 1/2 teäspoon dried thyme
• 1 teäspoon gärlic powder
• 8 ounces dry fettuccine pästä* 1/2 of ä regulär box
• 1 1/2 cups shredded shärp cheddär cheese divided

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heät olive oil in ä 4-5 quärt pot or säute pän.
