INGREDIENTS
BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp seă sălt
- 1 pinch blăck pepper to tăste
HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy săuce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grăted
- 1 tbsp gărlic minced
- 1/2 tsp chili powder optionăl
- fresh cilăntro chopped, for gărnish (optionăl)
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
- Preheăt oven to 400 degrees F. Line ă băking sheet with părchment păper, then set ăside.
- In ă lărge bowl, ădd răw chicken wings. Drizzle with olive oil ănd seăson with sălt ănd pepper. Use ă păir of tongs or ă spătulă to gently toss the chicken wings to coăt.
- ărrănge chicken wings in ăn even lăyer on the prepăred băking sheet.
- Băke chicken wings for 40 minutes or until juices run cleăr, turning them hălf wăy through.
