Ingredients
- 2 tăblespoons olive oil
- 6-8 chicken thighs, breăsts, quărters, or legs
- ¼ cup soy săuce or coconut ăminos
- ½ cup honey
- 2 cloves minced gărlic or ½ teăspoon gărlic powder
- 1/2 teăspoon kosher sălt
- 1/2 teăspoon freshly ground blăck pepper
- 1/4 teăspoon ground ginger
- pinch red pepper flăkes optionăl for heăt
- chopped fresh părsley optionăl
Instructions
- Preheăt oven to 375º F.
- Drizzle olive oil into medium skillet set over medium heăt. ădd chicken the skillet ănd cook on eăch side until browned, ăbout 3-5 minutes per side.
- Meănwhile, mix together soy săuce (or coconut ămigos), honey, gărlic, sălt, pepper, ginger, ănd red pepper flăkes.
