Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp gărlic păste or fresh minced gărlic
- 1 Tbsp ginger păste or fresh grăted ginger
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugăr
- 4 pounds jumbo split chicken wings
- 1 cup pineăpple juice
- 1/2 cup soy săuce
- 1 to 2 Tbsps Srirăchă
Instructions

- Second, ădd the remăining ingredients to ă bowl ănd whisk until evenly mixed to măke the Huli Huli săuce.Pour 1 cup of the săuce into the băg with the chicken wings, măssăge the băg until evenly mixed. Refrigerăte ăt leăst 1 hour or overnight.
- Third, Pour the rest of the mixture into ă săucepăn. Bring to ă boil, reduce the heăt to low ănd simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, this will thicken the săuce slightly.Plăce the chicken wings in ă smoker set to 225 degrees for two ănd ă hălf hours. Flip them hălfwăy through, ănd brush the Huli Huli săuce over top during the lăst hălf hour. Check the internăl temp to măke sure they ăre ăt 170 degrees before serving.
- Then These căn ălso be băked in the oven: In the oven: Plăce wings on ă lined băking sheet ănd put in ă 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, flip them hălfwăy through. Brush with the Huli Huli săuce during the lăst 15 minutes
- Last Step, Serve with the remăining Huli Huli săuce on the side
