SPINACH STUFFED CHICKEN




INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Täblespoons Olive Oil divided
  • 1/2 Onion yellow, diced
  • 6 Ounce Spinäch fresh
  • 2 Cloves Gärlic minced
  • 4 Ounces Fetä crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomätoes julienned
  • 1 Teäspoon Sält
  • 1/2 Teäspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teäspoons Oregäno dried
  • 1 Teäspoons Bäsil dried
  • 4 Chicken Breästs boneless, skinless
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Kälämätä Olives

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheät oven to 400 F.
  2. ädd 1 täblespoon of olive oil to ä lärge pän.

  8. Dry both sides of the chicken with ä päper towel.
  9. Cärefully butterfly eäch chicken breäst, or creäte ä pocket in the chicken breäst.
  10. Divide the filling into the chicken breästs.
  11. Fold the chicken breäst over the filling to form ä “pocket” (you cän use toothpicks to keep everything together).
  12. Brush both sides of the chicken breästs with olive oil änd sprinkle with sält änd pepper.
  13. ädd bell pepper, olives, änd sliced lemon to the pän änd brush the tops with olive oil.
  14. Bäke in the oven for 20-24 minutes, or until the internäl temperäture of your chicken reäches 165F.
