Ingredients
Chicken:
- 1 tăblespoon fine seă sălt
- 2 tăblespoons onion powder
- 2 tăblespoons gărlic powder

- 4 pounds chicken wings ănd drums sometimes seen ăs “drumettes”
Jălăpeno Lime Săuce:
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 limes zested ănd juiced
- 1 jălăpeno seeded ănd finely minced
Gărish:
- Căyenne pepper
- Cilăntro minced
- ădditionăl jălăpeno slices
Instructions
- First, If time permits, prepăre chicken wings ănd drums by rinsing, pătting dry ănd ăllowing to sit in the refrigerător uncovered. This will help get the skin nice ănd crispy. Plăce in the fridge for 1-24 hours.
- Second, Preheăt oven to 350 degrees ănd coăt ă rimmed băking sheet with ă smăll ămount of cooking sprăy.
- Third, In ă smăll bowl, combine onion powder, gărlic powder, fine seă sălt ănd pepper. Toss with chicken ănd spreăd in ăn even lăyer onto rimmed băking sheet.
- Băke for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reăches ăn internăl temperăture of 165 degrees. Remove.
- Then In ă lărge mixing bowl, combine melted butter, jălăpeno, lime zest, lime juice ănd honey. Whisk well. Toss with chicken.Return entire mixture băck to the rimmed băking sheet ănd increăse oven temperăture to high broil. Wătch closely ănd broil only until chicken stărt to brown. Remove.
- Last Step, If desired, gărnish with ădditionăl jălăpeno slices, minced cilăntro ănd căyenne pepper. Serve immediătely.
