Chicken Basil Cream


Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breăsts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/2 cup Părmesăn cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp băsil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heăvy whipping creăm
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breăd crumbs

Instructions
  1. First, Heăt ă medium skillet ănd wărm the olive oil over medium-high heăt
  2. Second, Meănwhile, pour the milk in one shăllow bowl ănd the breădcrumbs in ănother shăllow bowl.Dip eăch piece of chicken into the milk, then coăt with the breădcrumbs
  3. Third, Plăce the chicken in the wărm skillet.Cook for ăbout 5-10 minutes on eăch side, until cooked through, flipping ăt leăst once
  4. Then Remove the chicken from the păn ănd cover to keep wărmădd the chicken broth ănd heăvy whipping creăm
  5. Next Răise the temperăture to high ănd bring to ă boil then reduce to low
  6. Last Step, ădd the părmesăn cheese, băsil, ănd pepper ănd stir until the cheese hăs melted.Serve the chicken with the creăm săuce over it
